I asked for a 1 hour massage, I only got a 43 minute massage. I was billed for 1 hour. I checked my watch right before it started at 4:10 pm. When it was over, I checked my watch again and it was 4:53 pm. On top of that, the person asked for "more" when I gave her a $10 tip. Yes, I tipped knowing she was cheating me on the time! When I pointed out the time problem, she said ok. My credit card charge later was $83. It should have been $80 with my tip, so I guess they still pushed for more after all. Note that at least one other review mentions charging and tipping problems.
